Mission: W+K+ is an Open Office project from Wieden + Kennedy Shanghai. It’s our way of giving something back to the China creative community, by providing a place for small companies and individuals to flourish in a creative atmosphere.
Cost: Free, but for approximately 20% of the time you are here, we look to collaborate with you on projects. These projects would be appropriate to the skill-set of the resident, and mutually beneficial.

Number of Artists: About 21 artists or more
Accommodations: W+K+ is primarily a shared creative office space, with fixed desks, free seating, access to meeting rooms and an indoor “Green” space. In addition, we have a street level gallery, as well as an open rooftop both of which can be used for exhibits or events.
Length of Stay: Residencies start at 3 months, with the option to discuss extension 15 days before expiry.
Demographic: Emerging tech individuals looking for a co-working residency space.
Medium: We’re always looking for residents from a broad range of specialisms – from publishing to producing, technology to art– to join us for three months at a time. For some of that time they will collaborate with W+K on select projects, for the rest of the time it’s up to them to do their thing.
