Mission: Only 15 minutes from world famous MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) Our artist’s residency will give you access to art tutors, studio space, Gallery to exhibit your works and comfortable private accommodation with shared dining and bathrooms facilities.

In order to make it comfortable for all our guests, we would like to ask that you don’t bring children or pets along. We want to maintain an environment that is conducive to focusing and harmony. For this reason, we would also like to ask that music be played in agreement with other residents. There are sound proof areas where music can be played at a reasonable volume! Musicians will be staying with us from time to time and we certainly encourage them to entertain us.
