Location: New Norfolk, Tasmania, Australia

Mission: Only 15 minutes from world famous MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) Our artist’s residency will give you access to art tutors, studio space, Gallery to exhibit your works and comfortable private accommodation with shared dining and bathrooms facilities.

Cost: Residency programs starting from 3 weeks @ only $150 per week.

In order to make it comfortable for all our guests, we would like to ask that you don’t bring children or pets along. We want to maintain an environment that is conducive to focusing and harmony. For this reason, we would also like to ask that music be played in agreement with other residents. There are sound proof areas where music can be played at a reasonable volume! Musicians will be staying with us from time to time and we certainly encourage them to entertain us.

Length of Stay: Minimum 3 weeks to 6-12 months (project depending)

Demographic/Medium: National and International emerging to established artists working in visual, literary, dance, and musical arts

Benefits: Also available for additional fees: Business Coaching, CBD Office Space, Serviced Office, Concierge, Transport to MONA or other tours can be arranged, Access to world class artists and mentors. As part of the conditions of your stay, we would like you to contribute to the gallery in any of the following ways: By donating an art work which will be displayed in the gallery  or: By running a workshop for local artists or: By holding an exhibition at the end of your stay.

Also available: Serviced office if required, trips to MONA, trips to nearby Mt. Field National Park
