'acePIRAR runs four open calls a year (deadlines January 31, April 30, July 31, October 31) for four-week Production and Exploration residencies in Buenos Aires, plus two-week micro-residencies accepted year-round. The program — running since 2005 — is co-financed: the artist contributes to program costs while ace provides studio space, curatorial accompaniment, and an exhibition opportunity. Next deadline: October 31, 2026 for 2027 placements.
