Art Junction

Art><Junction is an independent artist residency based in the rural village of Badanga, near Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Founded as a space for cultural exchange, creative exploration, and cross-disciplinary dialogue, the residency invites artists from around the world to live, work, and connect in a peaceful natural setting. Our mission is to support emerging and established artists by offering time, space, and community to develop new ideas, experiment with their practice, and engage with local culture. We welcome artists working in all disciplines—visual art, music, performance, writing, sound, and beyond—who seek a thoughtful, open environment for creative growth. Art><Junction encourages collaboration, reflection, and connection with the land, people, and fellow residents. We host short- and long-term residencies, and also support community workshops, presentations, and open studios for those who wish to share their process.
