The Residency Program at the Mauser EcoHouse is all about providing a beautiful, tranquil and inspirational space where artists can immerse themselves in their individual projects. Artists are encouraged to be self directed and pursue their own creative ideas. Accommodations: 6,000 sq ft Spanish Villa - 1 deluxe suite includes a king bed, attached private bathroom, and a private studio (21’x14’) with a secluded garden area and a private entrance. - 2 private rooms each with a private bathroom and include a desk, office chair and matrimonial bed - 1 communal bedroom with 2 XL bunk beds (pillow top mattresses), attached large bathroom with Jacuzzi Cost: $2399, $3499, $4350 a month depending on shared/private room or Deluxe Suite Included in your stay with us: Nutritious meals served twice a day, day trips to national parks, airport shuttle on the first/last day of month, weekly housekeeping, studio space in the lush jungle, sense of community, and much more...

10d leftC.R.E.A.T.E. (Costa Rica Eco Artist Tribe Experience) is an immersive artist residency in the lush mountains of Costa Rica where art, nature, sustainability, and community come together. Located on 3 tropical acres near Parrita, our 6,000 sq. ft. eco-villa offers artists space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen their creative practice surrounded by jungle, wildlife, and breathtaking landscapes. Artists enjoy nourishing meals, studio space, weekly adventures, and a supportive international community. Beyond the residency, artists can engage with meaningful community initiatives in nearby Esterillos Oeste including our Open Air Art Walk Mural Project, optional art workshops at the local elementary school, and our monthly artisan market, El Mercadito de Esterillos Oeste, where artists can live paint, exhibit, connect with locals, and sell their work. C.R.E.A.T.E. offers more than a residency—it’s a transformational experience rooted in creativity, cultural exchange, and connection.
