Residency Unlimited (RU) is a nonprofit art organization in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn that supports artists and curators at all stages through customized residency environments and critical, production, and administrative support. The NYC-Based Artist Residency prioritizes BIPOC and LGBTQ+ artists from the five boroughs with a $3,300 stipend and $500 production support; weekly studio visits with curators are included. International artists can access workspace at RU's Governors Island location (May–October). Housing is not provided. RU co-founded Rivet (rivet.es), a unified search platform for residency open calls, with China Residencies and Rate My Artist Residency.
