Sharjah Art Foundation Residency

The Sharjah Art Foundation runs one of the most generously funded residency programs in the Middle East, located in the restored heritage area of Sharjah's Arts Quarter. Residencies of 3–6 months provide live/work studios, a monthly stipend, production budget, and full curatorial support. The foundation's connection to the Sharjah Biennial gives residents exceptional international visibility. The program particularly welcomes artists from the MENASA region but is open globally.
