A small artist-run residency in the Zenpukuji area of Tokyo, operating since 1989, supporting dedicated artists in any creative field with no preconditions on discipline, age, or nationality. Priority goes to long-term stays of two months or more (one-month minimum). Self-funded: studio plus accommodation runs roughly ¥140,000–170,000/month including utilities. Calls open twice a year.

Stays run one to twelve months (priority to two months or longer), all disciplines and nationalities; the residency is self-funded with monthly studio and accommodation fees and no application fee.
